  A Google user: Good apk but it asks me every time to receive a text notice pin for safety after log in, so annoying! Also it asks me if I wish to use biometrics but if I click 'fine' the apk closes and I have to go back through the login and text notice safety pin flow. Really a bummer

  A Google user: Modernize: after they responded to my review I was able to go in and use the features I hadn't been able to use before. Satisfied with this now. Every time I look up a service or specialty and click on it, it takes me to a blank screen. When I click back it closes the whole apk. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the apk... It makes the apk useless to me.

  Jacob Aaron: Worst insurance apk ever <3. Asks you EVERY time you log in to use a verification code. Text: you're gonna be waiting up to 30 mins for it. Call: the code they give you just brings you back to the sign in screen.... Where they ask you to verify a code..again and once more and once more. Maybe after I've logged in entered all this info you can just, idk, REMEMBER ITS ME SO I DON'T HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH 18 HOOPS EVERY TIME I WANT TO GET THE BILLING INFO OFF OF MY CARD. Still waiting on my text...

  Epiphany Saint: Find is brutal. Results are dots on a little map that provide an address. That's it. Trying to compare doctors has been impossible. Very clunky and NOT player friendly. A painful experience so far.

  Rachel Baldwin: Searching and filtering doctors/ medical facilities wasn't too player friendly. I wanted a female provider in family practice and I had to use a few another apks and sites to research providers. This can definitely be improved.

  Srinu Bandaru (cnu): Worst customer help. Chat option doesn't tell how long could I wait. If I switch back window I will have to begin from beginning. Very frustrating. Same problem with notice option. If I switch window to collect more details to place on notice, it will clear out everything and have to begin from beginning. If you call customer help, they will place you on keep for a few mins for a easy question. May be i will move to other provider next time.

  James Hall: Absolutely Terrible. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE. We used to have our medications covered by United Health Care for what OptumRX didn't cover. Bind doesn't do that. Whatever optum RX doesn't cover you are left to foot the bill. My diabetic wife has to pay an absolutely astronomical amount for her medicine now. We are definitely going back to UHC after this year but we're stuck with it now.

  cal ragan: will crash 5x in a row before letting me place in my password. then it tells me 'something went wrong' and crashes once more. I should barely receive trough my ID number for the doctors office before it booted me out, and the site 'cannot be reached'. do better.
