Surgeons record is One stop solution for managing all records similar to your patients. Surgeons record is Standalone system, not dependent on hospital electronic medical records.. Just click a pic and add to the record of the patient. In Surgeons record Multiple images can be entered such as pre op, post op, intra op, follow up etc... And can be searched by the tags that you select to give them. No limit on the number of images. In Surgeons record Multiple procedures can be entered for the same patient if required. In Surgeons recordOne player ID can be used by multiple people on various phones so that all records are accessible under one id for simple searching. In Surgeons record Multiple find options such pt name month or year of surgery, HPE, diagnosis, ID no, hospital name etc etc. All find results can be exported to excel from where extracting data is simple for publishing papers and case reports. You can select to share any or all of the pics that you have uploaded. The four main data categories for every patient Basic details page which will have details such as name age ID number etc Operative info page for operative details. Photos page for all patient similar images in one put. Various categories such as pre op, post op, pre treatment, post treatment. Intra op, patient images, follow up, case file etc etc... Uoad as a lot of as you want with tags if you want. Final reports page with final HPE, Follow up images etc. In short multiple possible entries and images all of which are customisable and searchable making a complete surgeons record.
