  Mike Todor: Thanks guys for this app/device. I love it. I had problems with the device but was my mistake when I replaced the cartridge I didn't fallowed the app's steps, the customer service squad answered very fast and assist me with it. This is a must have device for the pool, saving time on testing the water and giving precisely what/how much chemical required. Thanks once more for such an good product

  Derek Wise: My unit is bricked, the owner CEO said he would send problem to his help squad. After 24 hours no word from anyone. The unit it self works, minus there billing tool failures. I normally never give a 1 star but at this point I wasted $500 on a floating brick 🧱 in my pool. I'm wondering if this is a sign of more issues to come for Sutro.

  Bhatia Familia: Works. The only feature I would like to see is an option to skip the everyday try and be able to try on demand. Another than that, it is a nice addition to my pool.

  Richard Gue: Works well enough. I'd like to see a few more features. Like testing on demand, history data, ability to temporarily pause readings, track pool maintenance (filter cleanings/backwash) and reminders, etc. Update:7/17/21: reading history has been added.

  Todd Phelan: Far better than the pHin device. But, pH readings are consistently 0.2 - 0.6 higher than my Lamotte SpinTouch. The newest modernize with history/trending is a good addition. Ideally the apk needs to let manual addition of another chemistry parameters (CYA, TDS, TH) in order to calculate the Langelier Saturation Index (L.S.I.). As the device/apo currently stands I'm primarily using it to monitor my chlorine level.

  Miguel Lombana: The apk is the interface to the sutro system which makes balancing pool or spa water simplified. The readings are simple to understand, the advices to adjust water is once more simple to understand. For me the owner of both a pool and a spa, where I migrate the device between each, the apk needs an modernize to save both a pool and a spa rather than having to kind in all the info when you switch that to me as a major drawback. Also the ability for testing on demand is other major recommendation.

  Mike Sota: Sutro states good help squad and they're begin 6 days a week. When you call on Saturday (6th day) the voice prompt states no one is accessible. Call back Mon-thru Friday 9-5pm good option if you do not work. Answer email states they are begin from 9am-9pm PST Hmm. Help emails have 24 hours to answer for technical inquires.First device connected simple then stopped working . I'm on my second device & now it will not connect. Followed all online help recommendations to restart & connect. 0 Stars!

  Dirk Honda: Good idea, good help. Unfortunately mediocre and inconsistent readings when it comes to monitoring your actual pool. Really wanted this to be better than it was in reality. I would receive pH swings of nearly .8 between readings. Also, didn't like that I had to wait 8 hours between readings.

  Eric Landis: ** Edit: The apk modernize improved the product significantly. PH seems to still be more than .2 off sometimes, but consistently which i can deal with. Changed 1 star to 3** I like the idea of this, but its not ready. If you missed a try, its gone, you will never know what it was as you can only see the most latest reading. That's a large miss on this apk. It is unacceptable. I seem to be getting somewhat wild swings in ph, i stopped reacting to them because i learned the next reading is back to normal w/o interaction. Be nice if you should pause readings or occasionally take a on demand reading. Maybe set the schedule as I don't know what awesome 3am reading does me. The apk has almost no options or functionality besides the latest reading. If they add some of these features I will modernize my review.

  J B: Error unable to search any networks, then it locks up and I cannot go any further into setup. There are multiple non mesh networks I should connect to, so the error is not on my end. I've gotten that exact error on three various phones, tells me it's the apk.

  Adrienne Peddicord: The apk was completely ok and now it has been telling us to add this and that and that there is no chlorine so today I used a manual kit and after adding everything it recommend the chlorine is now above 10! The sutro apk is still reading zero!!!! This is so so so risky! Do not buy or use. Customer service is hard to deal with abs wants to email back and forth all day instead of have a 5 min Conversation. This should be good but it has a long method to go and is expensive for being faulty.
