  Jerry Green: I used to use this apk on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Recently it wouldn't log in to my DVR. I switched to a various apk: SwannOne Link and now it works once more. Test that another apk to fix your issues with this apk.

  Gary Royster: I previously noted that i had a black screen with no options. I was mistaken turning my smartphone revealed the options i required to create it work after the updates. After the updates i required to resign into my dvr. It probably would assist in the future to have the settings saved or notify us about the need to restore the setting. Anyway the apk works good, just in time for our vacation. After all these issues with the updates. I'll hold my UID details with me. Not badgering just saying. I love this apk. Thank you Swann. :-)

  Marvin Turner: I use this to live view my Swann CCTV system. I had an problem not long ago with the apk not connecting. To resolve it, I turned off the system for 20mins, then turned it back on. Customer help very awesome and fast to answer to assist request emails.

  1 ER: awesome apk, but weak hardrive( 1TB ) it playsback in extremely low speed recorded footage.One fried adaptor within 2 months,two faulty (out of 8) in first year.Poor connection to ext screen.No instructions either.Customer service equal to zero.

  Robert John: I found a fix for the mobile log in error. All I had to do was manually modernize the fw to the recent ver through the swann website using the USB port. Fixed my problem. Anyone who factory restores their unit will need to do this for the mobile apk to work once more. if you need assist answer to my post or leave your email in comments and I am satisfied to send you the link for the firmware to your model and step by step fool proof instructions.

  Kurt Koole: Really good apk and dvr! You can view everything remotely and even go through most necessary dvr settings. You can select between fluent and high res viewing which is really good if you don't have a awesome connection. I tried a lot of dvr's and apks, nothing comes close to Swann!

  A Google user: Mike, Moto e running 6 and Moto e running 5.1 I've installed the cameras and set up the recorder box, installed this apk to view the cameras remotely. QR code on the recorder box sets up the apk very quickly. The apk works over WiFi and 3g/4g cell network on both phones. UPDATE... I set up the send email option in the apk and Google blocked the log in to the email, saying the apk has known safety problems or is out of date. So I disabled the email setting. It turns out my Gmail acc safety was set to high. UPDATE (2), I'm very satisfied with the apk, but I would like to be able to set or adjust camera masking points/areas in the apk, and set the time/date when daylight saving changes, just like Swann's AlwaysSafe apk. In fact it would be awesome if these 2 apks should be merged so I don't need to use 2 apks, (1 for my wired cameras the another for wireless cameras.) But that's not a large trouble really.

I own a 9-camera DVR and now just purchased ,swann18 camera DVR and not sure about the sound?I know about the (audio jacket on back of DVR but can not receive sound ,,,,can some one please assist me solve this .... I use my system at our motel and the audio would be ideal for us thank you
