Switch it on and enable place permissions. 2. Disable battery optimization, especially if your smartphone has particularly aggressive battery management, like OnePlus does. 3. In Developer options (look up how to enable it if you don't see it), disable "Wi-Fi Scan throttling." After going through these steps, the apk works beautifully,
