About the application:

The Symptom Tracker: Northwestern University is a short health questionnaire which must be taken everyday and/or prior to all members of the community and general public -- student, staff, faculty, visitor, contractor, or another – attending on-campus programming or activities including classes. It will reveal any potential symptoms which would indicate that someone cannot visit or come onto campus. If the player is symptom-free, the green screen will indicate they are welcome to come onto campus and go about their activities as they want. For the general public, a purple badge indicates that they are welcome to engage in their business or activities on-campus. If the player is experiencing symptoms, the red screen will allow them know not to come onto campus and give them info on next steps.
