  Jeremy Clatterbuck: It works just like the the companion apk for visits 360, my Cam is the dvr978hd, I couldn't connect for awhile, It turned out to be the preferred network kind, I switched the automatic over to GSM/UMTS, and finally connected after 3 days of reading watching videos and trying almost everything, and the companion apk would allow me control the camera, but not upload or view, after I took some tip I downloaded this apk and proceeded to do a satisfied dance when I watched my first 360 video come to life. Thank you for working.

  David Chan: Works very well on Nexus 5 and Shield K1 but not my Nexus 6 and Pixel. When I connected the camera wireless connection, the apk still find for camera and give me the list of wireless connection options, then it says "cannot connect to camera wireless connection". Please fix, I love the camera.

  Lukasz Porwol: When I export the video (to Fb, Twitter etc) the video looks like slash in little pieces and interlaced, meaning eitherr the conversion goes wrong or the format is not compatible. I WOULD APPRECIATE HELP with this as I cannot share any videos...This trouble does not occur when exporting pictures.

  Oliver Bruendler: Basically the apk is OK but it does not let to shop photos locally (i.e. in the gallery) or on any cloud storage such as google drive or dropbox. This is quite fatal since it means I cannot export any photos without publishing them to others.

At the moment i have to export to google images then download it to my device to be able to edit the footage into a video, it's really annoying! please please please add export to device!

  A Google User: Doesn't seem to be working with Oreo. Test the Kaiser Baas X360 apk, it's identical. Also some connectivity problems can be solved by turning off cell service when connecting to the camera.

  Yeka William: The apk works ok to control the camera remotely but on the galaxy note 2 the videos refuse to be converted or shared. The error line 'Convert failed.ErrCode:-4' keeps appearing. It works on iPhones though. Impossible to search any assist online or from the developers, beautiful disappointing.

For what I paid for this camera you would think there would be zero problems with doing the primary functions like connecting, I have missed occasion after occasion because somebody cannot do their job. If someone asked me about this camera I would tell them the company and the cam sucks!!!!

  A Google User: I got the camera today and it's quite awesome in daylight, but not so much in low light conditions. The apk is really primary. I found a bug,where if the smartphone goes into standby I can not reconnect to the camera so I need to reset the apk. Also video play is not working all the time.. The apk is really missing a save image feature, for example saving tiny planet jpg's and/or exporting equirectangular jpg's so we can at least edit with another apks without desktop computers.Also timelapse mode is missing.. The camera is beautiful decent especially in daylight. But I's a pity to have nice hardware and such a primary tool especially after so a lot of months after the release of the camera. p.s the updates haven't fixed any of the problems, showing complete disregard for the paying customers... well done!

  michael west: I bought the Immerse 360 duo from a clearance sale. I've tried over and over once more to connect the camera to the apk. Nothing happens just a notice telling me to connect the camera even though it sees it in the wireless connection list. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever come across.
