Do you wish to Be the BEST martial artist you can be? Feel limited by time or knowledge? We receive it, and will assist you! You have access to different levels of training in the palm of your hand. Each lesson is less than 3 mins, is simple to follow, and does not require a lot of room. Practice your techniques, poomse , learn proper protocol, customs & courtesies from the highest-ranked female in America – the Legendary Sr. Grandmaster Brenda J. Sell. She will tutorial you through the steps of HOW to BE a CHAMPION, not only in Taekwondo but LIFE. Have you been stressed but don’t wish to be? The purpose of ancient fighters was NOT to war, but rather to maintain PEACE! Developing fighting skills was the means to hold the peace. These fighters were role models and characters who loved their families and community. They develop a powerful mind, body, and spirit and understood the importance of how to relate to people. The first line of defense was NOT fighting, it was MAINTAINING peace. In the “Do” (pronounced doe) Factor Section, you will search keys to peace, setting goals, private development, and building relationships. Do you ever feel like nobody really notices you? Or ask the question “Does anybody really care?” Acceptance is one of the primary needs of every human being. That’s why we have a Community Tab where you can reach out to another Taekwondo practitioners, be supported, and help others. Do you search yourself slacking off in your training? We understand that life gets busy. Most people need two things: A challenge and Accountability. That’s why we have Community Section and the Tracking Section. Every 90 days we will give you a reasonable CHALLENGE and ask you to Track Your Progress in the Apk and then Share your Success after each Accomplishment in the Community Section. Then, encourage someone else and praise someone for what they’ve accomplished. Engaging with others assist YOU be a giver and an encourager to others. In return, you will improve YOUR ability to see the best in both yourself and others. Parents! Programs to HELP YOU develop YOUR Kid to be A Champion We LOVE families!
