I checked emails this website and nothing just the record of my order no track number what can I do ???   Nicole “Erd” Herriges: This company is horrible. I never received the smartphone that they supposedly sent me. So I called them they said I didn't qualify for a smartphone that they'd send me a SIM card. I never received the SIM card. After waiting a month and numerous calls to Mark mobile I transferred to a various company. Now they're trying to charge me for the smartphone I never received. Trying to talk to somebody at customer service is ridiculous. Don't waste your time.

  Robert Keckler: Not awesome. They were given the exact info required. However, trying to correct / give them the info that I already gave them,it took 3 WEEKS. I was on keep for HOURS multiple times before I spoke to a human.

  Chandaleia C. Sizemore (Chandaleia C. Wilson): This is the worst company I've ever dealt with as far as getting service applied to your device. I place in the SIM card number their site and customer service says it's not one of their Sims. I've wasted cash looks like on a smartphone and service that isn't going to work and it's been 2 weeks since I recorded my smartphone
