  Recycled Pomeranians: Needs a tiny work. -Need to be able to text clients most prefer it now. -Import contacts would be nice -integration into android device calendar -Need to be able to add pictures when adding a contact and their pets. -Would like the ability to have various icons for the services. Maybe even allow us upload a pic for the service icons. The ones currently in the apk are too related and can't really assist when looking at the calendar.

  Cynthia S: Need clear guides on the apk use. The apk is very beneficial but it needs a lot of work. Its too confusing to be used.There could be a part where the employee info Such as smartphone number and email could be added on the groomers list. So that it can be used to send remainders. Other problem is the apk stops working when I take images of dogs. The graph also doesn't create sense. Please add a a lot of video guide on the dog grooming apk without going too quick. Thanks

  Teresa Whelan: Few things should be fixed Please fix this, I need price overides........1. Price override at checkout, not all prices remain the same. We dont wish a million saved in services just to have an exact price. 2. Pic upload option would be highly suggested, specially if your adding fresh clients after a days work etc. 3. Time option regarding service time could be done at time of booking not in advance. Over all the apk is good, how likely is this to be something all broomers can use for years to come??

  Cassie Martin: Needs some work We need to be able to override the price at checkout. We need to be able to text a client when their dog is ready. Some prefer a text. When I call from the apk it advertisements a + to the number and thinks I'm calling other country. Searching for clients needs to be easier. Maybe alphabetize them? Advertisement a find client feature? Otherwise I really love the apk. It finally got me to ditch the paper ebook.

  Amanda Bigelow: I WAS very satisfied with this apk. I like the layout, its simple to use but it has now cost me over $300 in lost revenue and the help squad won't email me back. I've sent 3 emails this month over the same problem and no response. The booking reminder feature is defective and will not only fail to send messages, but will tag then as sent, even when they aren't. Also, it doesn't automatically sync info between devices so you can really only use one device if you wish accurate info. I will be cancelling this service and getting something else

  Danielle Hagerty: Loved older ver I gave 5 stars to the older versions. Now it won't begin at all on my NOOK HD+. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and it will not install. Gets to 70% and starts over. What happened in the 1-17-16 modernize? I love this apk and wish to hold using it.

  Money-grab Awesome tool with unfortunate MAJOR downfalls. They charge you monthly and there's no method to ever own the tool. You're stuck paying them until you inevitably switch to fresh tool. Also, if you have more than one groomer, there's no method to sync data between two devices. In addition to this, you'd have to pay for an additional license regardless. So if you have two groomers, it would cost over $660 to use this tool for 2 years. It's unhappy that this is such a money-grab, because it functions good.
