  Alex Louden: First of all, people are rating this apk as if taprides themselves sends the ride. They don't. The apk is a platform used by schools to keep requests from their students, and each school sets up it's own driver infrastructure. If you are having problems with time, or incorrectly showing that you are onboard, that is becuase the driver working for the school created a mistake, it is not representative of the quality of the apk at all. The apk is very useful, it provides a awesome and easy system for dispatchers and drivers to communicate and control who takes which ride request. It's a vital program for my job at UCSD.

  Tamaghna Hazra: Doesn't present where the vehicle is accurately most of the time, and misinforms the ETA. Customer service keeps parroting "We recommend visiting your transit agency's customer service site to resolve any problems." and is infuriatingly difficult to communicate with. The vehicle place is either shown incorrectly or not at all. There is no option in the apk to reach out to the driver. I want OSU hadn't opted for this apk. The ride service used to work perfectly until this apk came into the picture, we would be given an ETA, everybody arrives on time and things went smoothly.
