  Manish Kumawat: I love the UI and animation of this apk. This apk improved a lot after first begin. It's really hard to merge all various services/platforms and build super apk with compatibility. Developers did really good work. I use it lot. However, I don't see saved cards option in fresh ver, it'll be good if you add that once more.

  gcsskn: Perfect experience. Have been using the apk for 7 months. No problems till now. Prompt and simple navigation to pages and links. Very transparent in Neu Pass credits, balance and redemption. The "Stories " section is informative about different subjects and financial services, products etc. On the downside, Tata Pay UPI is lacklusture and very reluctant to offer incentives for UPI payments , recharges, another in-app payments etc. Hope to see reasonable offers more often.

  Jayadev Palai: 1. There is no option for filtering multiple brands ( we can only select one brand at a time). Same goes with another also. Please modernize. 2. My default delivery address changes each time I begin this apk (changes to Kolkata place). Each time we need to change the delivery place manually before adding products to cart. This can be simply solved by development squad. 3. Page transactions (ex- from neu home page to BB/grocery) takes more time. ....... these problems are now resolved 👍

  Aman Raj: Apk ui is tiny glitchy. Need high speed internet to work, but their services are method better. Prices are awesome, delivery slots are equal for everyone and promotional offers are genuine. Customer service is also perfect, my trouble got solved both the time i contacted.   Saraswathi Chandrasekaran: This apk includes almost all features which we require. Find is slow at times as it fetches from heavy databases but we are confident it will be ok tuned and rectified. Most of the stuff are not accessible in our pincode hence it is better if they are either accessible or it is not shown. Air India is not in apk and Air Asia services are not from my nearest town. Squad has to focus on personalization of UI. SAP has done such settings through Fiori even in enterprise apks. Best.

  Jatinpal Hora: Lot of scope for improvement in this apk. Apart from some slowness and latency observed while ordering within the apk, it's going awesome so far. I trust the squad is already aware of such feedbacks from the past and must be working on improving the apk at the earliest.   Anoop Shah: Very excited to use my favourite and India's brand. I went to the apk. It's good. I love the UI too. There are some lag which I trust will improve with time. I think some more services will create the apk more super by adding features like messaging, calling, standard newspaper, video lectures and classes, some news channels, Ig like features too.   Vishnu Jha: Apk do need a lot of improvements. Well there is no option to see all orders done, it displays categories first and at times, I don't know the order placed belonged to which category. Also, there could be a various option for warranty card and invoice.Till now only invoice accessible. Lastly, a lot of products have original warranty less than that displayed.
