  Apk always worked ok for me. 1: Have a TCF bank acc. 2: Setup your *existing TCF acc* for mobile banking online (as in desktop or browser, not the apk). I've had online banking with TCF for years, so maybe *adding mobile banking* to an acc takes time to process and confirm your identity (i can't remember).

  Mark Musich: Good fresh Apk! I had click enroll and then say i am A NEW CUSTOMER you cannot say you have a login as it will not work. There could be better instructions for this. After you click enroll for a NEW CUSTOMER you then have to place in your acc# and atm card# then you do login details and you can use your old ones if you like then you are all set to receive into the fresh updated Apk!
