  George McLaughlin Jr: The older apk which this one replaces was far superior. It was direct and easy. This one is anything but direct and easy. It's difficult to use. Furthermore, I was unable to deposit a check using the feature in this apk. The apk kept telling me that there was a trouble with the photo of the front or back, yet it did not specify which trouble nor offer me a solution. I finally had to just log out and I will mail it in my snail mail.

  Carrie S: It's fine but not a lot of people like change so I am sure all the negative reviews are due to that. No one is giving it time. You can reorganize the accounts btw and you can look at all acc balances at one time. Majority of people need to go through the guided tour and it will assist reply a lot of their questions. Change isn't always awful it does take time. Now with that being said the website is fickle and you have to click on things a few times or in a certain spots to create them work right.

Fine but the code never shows up. So once more I can't use the apk to pay bills ! GO BACK TO THE OTHER APP THAT WAS WORKING PLEASE!

  Meghan Ping: Nothing was wrong with the original TCU apk. It took me the whole day of attempting to enroll to finally access the fresh apk. The layout is confusing and displays my saving first. I have to move the fast access extensions out of the method to be able to see my checking immediately. I can't figure out how to do a member to member transfer if your accounts aren't linked. Looking at your transaction history is janky and the apk is lagging/crashing. Overall, the fresh "better banking" apk is horrible.

  Tony Rincon: Old apk was organized much better. With this apk you can only see one acc tile on you dashboard so you have to scroll to see your another accounts. Filtering your transactions is not as awesome. I don't see that you can rearrange or customize the tiles on the dashboard. It doesn't use biometric facial recognition. The overall feel is primary with very inefficient use of place for a mobile device.

  Alisa Parrish: The fresh apk definitely feels like a downgrade. It took me a full day to receive enroll and access my accounts in the fresh apk which was wildly inconvenient. Then for the first couple of hours it wouldn't even present me my transactions when I clicked on my checking acc so all I should see was my balance. The apk displays your savings first and the general layout looks childish but still confusing.

Maybe just work the bugs out on the old one instead of forcing us to switch over to a lemon. This apk has been useless to me for weeks now. Not to mention i cant utilize the old ones functions. Wack.   Adam Noble: There was nothing wrong with the old apk; having to download a fresh one and re-enroll is really sketchy. They could've just updated the old apk. This fresh apk is not designed well, takes more time to check accounts, and requires linking any another member acc to transfer even if it's only once. Even though the old apk no longer works with private accounts, you still need it for business accounts! Now I have to use two banking apks for the same bank. Should've inspected this with members first.

And as I write this review, I'm still waiting for my verification code. It's been about 5 mins, so I did the "resend code" still waiting. EDIT: 2 hours later still haven't received my code.   Patricia Barbera-Brown: This apk is difficult to use- you can only see one acct at a time, so if you're looking for a fast peek at all of your accts... it's not event. It's Not player friendly at all, this was NOT an improvement! I expect call volume and lobby visits to increase due to mbrs being so frustrated with this tool. Disappointed, to say the least!
