  Dennis Mitchell: Love the fact that there is more info on the work order summary . Should be improved even more if a system to easily report Deficiencies should be figured out. Maybe have a field in equipment for Deficiencies and when filled out and email report automatically gets emailed to an estimator. Anyways, just my thoughts, hold up the awesome work.   David Owen: I previously wrote a review and gave specific examples of things to fix and most were, so that's a plus! As a method to create the apk slightly more efficient to use I would change the default Unapplied Labor Pay kind to Travel from Shop-Service. We spend most of our day driving around to multiple territories and only go to the store maximum twice a day so I am constantly going to that drop down menu. Maybe I'm the only one, but do it as a favor to me if no one else objects!

  A Google user: The apk itself works good. But I do have some input on something that could be added. I do service and a lot of the troops or equipment don't have any problems so at times I'm stuck writing that the unit is in awesome shape over and over. It would be nice to have a multi selection program that would write that in on multiple units/equipment that you highlight yourself. Such as writing it in the work performed or suggestions. But that's just my input. Please write back and tell me what you think

  ATS SUPPORT tech1: we could be able to turn off gps for those that do not use this function. i have to click 2 additional buttons each time i change status. it is annoying and unnecessary. also i could be able to add a $ value to misc parts used. currently the only put i can add a value as a tech is in purchase order place. this makes it very difficult if office people do not know what or how much a part is.

  A Google user: This apk would be really good if you should place all begin up details, such as compressor amps, pressures, ect, when adding fresh equipment. Ideally you would select what kind of equipment, such as cooling turret, rtu, mua because various types would need various fields. This seems possible with metrics but when we tried it and looked at the info in future work orders we should only see the effect but not what it was. We would also need away to print out a report that we should send to customer after com

  Nick Carver: It's just OK. Locks up/stops frequently!!! This apk works well for little service calls, probably good for very light commercial/residential work. The main problems I have are... 1) There is no method to track/view the total labor applied to a project by all techs on the job, TOTAL labor could be visible to anyone that has the WO. 2) No method to view another service reports from another techs on the same WO. 3) Can't send receipt that contains all labor/materials/service reports to customer, all work performed could be able to be sent. 4) Can't view past PO#'s applied to a WO. 5) Searching history is VERY cumbersome. It's a decent system but certainly needs some improvement. PLEASE consider sending out a survey to your customers and test to receive someinput for improvement, there could multiple options (adjust cost if required) for various sections of the industry (residential/light commercial/commercial, industrial, institutional). One "cookie cutter" system DOES NOT work!!! There is no method to track projects with multiple techs without A LOT of smartphone calls, paperwork, emails, communication with the office. This system could create job tracking easier and able to be done with ONE device and not require all the external communication, not very ineffecient! There is a lot of wasted time communicating with numerous people to track things PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Vincent Garcia: It is a far superior apk compared to FS ELITE!! It has some problems functioning in remote places w.o. cell service. But is beautiful straight forward.Please add a function for FIELD TECHS to UNDO common mistakes such as mis choosing job status AFTER receipt submittal,edit work preformed,P.O.calculations,needless payroll corrections and work order re-submittal. A 5 min grace period to let proof reading,would save millions in the field/office labor.thus putting a halt to chain mail/calls of shame

  Matt Bradley: I've tried being really patient but this fresh modernize is absolutely awful. It will not sync. It constantly locks up. I have to go in and clear all data and then reenter the host name to receive it to sync. As soon as I test to complete other work order, it locks up once more. I don't know if some one can assist me with this but it's been doing it for over a month and I am super annoyed.
