  Derek Stern: I cannot see the mini game board. It just appears as white. I can see the hero pieces and the blue and red numbers on the boards, but cannot tell what color the mini game board tiles are. Fix this and I will change my rating.

  Fairfax Video: Well I hate to seem like a sucker but really, the concept is good! The developers are helpful! The mini game is full of the cheesy hero artwork (Which I love!). This is just my opinion and I didn't expect the mini game to be good one at all from the beginning. But it turned out to be a true gem... Good can't even use my typical "The mini game is truly astonishing" that I usually use because it will just seem as if I used the thing as a PUN! DAMNIT! 5 stars for it! (Ooh one note! The mini game is best played with Melody off!)

  TC Liono: Played through a few of the levels and its beautiful fun. Would be good if there was a difficulty setting like simple, normal, hard for all missions with some sort of unblock rewards. Its nice to hear the melody from the album to go with a written narrative.

  Erik Taliaferro: A very awesome mini game marred by graphics glitches which sometimes are annoying and another times unplayable. Good video test and obviously an good soundtrack. When they receive it fixed it will be well worth the wait. EDIT. The recent patch seems to have fixed the mini game.

  Jais K: It's like they've crammed too much into the mini game - too much dialogue, mini game is hard to learn and press little buttons on, and boring as hell! I'm a lifelong DT fanatic, but that sure won't help me in persevering with this piece of crap mini game. Don't waste your cash.

  Jim Munster: I don't know what to think. I think I'm supposed to like this mini game because i like Dream Theater and I like The Astonishing, but i just can't receive into the mini game. I guess it's too advanced for me. Some might like it better than i do.

  Marc Gobeil: Interesting concept, very much like chess. I enjoyed the various types of heroes, but found that it got monotonous really quickly. There is no true sense of building towards anything, no moments where my herat is pounding. This mini game is sort of like Dream Theatre these past 4 albums: technically solid, but not stirring up much emotion.
