BJJ Back Attack Formula teaches you how to receive to the back position to enable you to pull off the RNC. This is other high quality (and I think high value) instructional from Grapplearts. Clear and concise info that addresses both the conceptual and technical aspects of the back mini game, some of which I have been able to place into use right away. Biernacki and Kesting's teaching styles really stick with me. I just bought the Top Mini game Formula apk sight unseen based on my experience with Back Attack.

Markus Laumann: Concept-base BJJ is the focus of this apk. My only qualm is that this is volume 4 and it's released first. There are certain parts of the videos where they reference previous volumes that are not accessible at the time of this review. That said, I'm not docking any stars because this is exactly what I'm looking for and I will buy the entire set as it's released.

mars attacks: Fresh Wave of Instruction Professor Rob Biernacki & Stephan Kesting have produced an perfect instructional that is at the forefront of a key shift from technique to concept based instruction. Yes, there is a plethora of "moves" on display but they are grounded in grappling principles that are continually reinforced throughout. The info within will not only assist "higher" belt mini games that have stagnated or become oversaturated but also instructors in need of clear learning modules. I can't wait for the next installment :)

Ben Lawton: Definitely among the very best guides produced by Stephan Kesting in conjunction with another instructors--in this case Rob Biernacki. While some of the techniques are somewhat esoteric, for the most part what he teaches is easily comprehensible and immediately applicable even by an intermediate level practitioner. In this guide, Biernacki explains a move and then demonstrates it. Frequently Kesting asks the questions most of us probably have, and some that had not occurred to me, and then Biernacki explains and further demonstrates with variations. The balance between explanation and demonstration is close to excellent. I was confused at first when Biernacki makes reference to the principles on which the moves are predicated making reference to material already discussed in earlier chapters. Eventually, I noticed that this is volume 4. I assume that the another three volumes, and perhaps more, will be released soon. I will definitely be buying them as they come out.

Steven Ward: An Automatic Buy I love that Kesting has started putting more out in apk form as they are a good deal and far more convenient than the dvds. That being said, you may not be in a put in your mini game where you can really utilize his more advanced guides. Back mount, however, is a fundamental aspect of the mini game for everyone. Honestly, this is a purchase you don't even need to think about. Stephan is truly a gifted teacher and this is no exception.

Modernize - rolled with two purple belts tonight ( I am intermediate blue ) and took both their backs. Getting to and staying on the back of higher belts on a regular basis. Starting to finish with bow and arrow regularly.
