The Crossroads Interdimensional Tabletop RPG is an app-based tabletop roleplaying mini game designed for fast and simple adventures, particularly one-shot adventures. It is story focused and designed to work with any setting. Hero creation can be done in just mins. The Crossroads ITRPG is a multiplayer mini game to be played in person or online (over smartphone, video chat, or text) with another users. Each mini game must be run by a Mini game Master, a user that controls the story and determines how user actions affect the globe, themselves, and each another. The apk includes rich resources to help Mini game Masters. INTERDIMENSIONAL The Crossroads is an interdimensional tabletop RPG. It is designed to work with Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Steampunk, Historical, Fictional, or any another setting you care to imagine, including any ebook, film, or mini game. Through the default globe setting, The Crossroads, you can have a mix of heroes from different settings or you can play in within a single setting. ​How does a samurai fighter answer to an alien invasion? How does a druid act when they search themselves on a spaceship? Step into The Crossroads and search out. QUICK The Crossroads is designed to be fast and specifically to create one-shot adventures simple (although it can equally be used for longer campaigns). Instead of spending an hour or two building a hero for a two-hour journey, you can build a hero in just a few mins, or even in seconds with the robust hero generator. CHARACTERS Characters are built with a number of skills, traits, and stuff that make a balance between easy and complex: Easy, but not too much. There are no classes or predefined paths of progression. Every stat, skill, weapon, and item can be upgraded with PowerUps, letting you define your hero as you want. STORY FOCUSED The Crossroads puts the focus on roleplaying and story, not combat. While you can have any sort of combat and wars that you need, you will search that your story and session do not receive bogged down by combat unless you wish it to. Instead of Hit Points, your health is determined by the injuries received during your adventures, giving you a better feel for your character's injuries and health. POWERUPS PowerUps are points that you can earn through the course of a mini game, or as part of hero creation, that will let you to customize and improve your hero by focusing on those aspects that you wish. There’s no defined path of progression. You can select to focus on building a tank by buying armor, health, and strength or you can build a caster by focusing on Intelligence and your magic skill. GAME MASTERS The Crossroads puts more onus on the Mini game Master to make and manage the story, but with a tiny practice and some improvisation skill you may search that the lack of 200 page rule ebooks to be refreshing and freeing. We have also made a number of random generators and calculators that will assist you along the way. The Mini game Master may change, alter, or ingnore any of these guidelines (which are more what you might call rules) as they deem appropriate to the situation. The point of the mini game is to have fun.
