  Cicely Patterson: This is a unbelievable service for downtown San Diego. The Android device apk works very well but notsomuch for iPhone. My hubby, who has an iPhone, rarely gets rides when we request them simultaneously, but that does not stop us from being repeat customers. I hope the town continues to help FRED as much as we love to use it!

  DH z: Using this for San Diego gratis rides around downtown & Tiny Italy. Friendly drivers, good for my gf too. Since the town can receive Shay's at night. And best of all, it's gratis! Help these folks by using the apk and shopping at the businesses advertised on the ride!

  Douglas LeClair: Awesome service but poorly designed apk. If you switch between apks it frequently has to reload. After a ride I am presented with the driver rating screen but then it refreshes itself and takes you back to the home screen. Driver time and place often doesn't modernize. Yesterday it showed the driver 8 blocks away with an eta of 5 mins when i saw they were at a traffic light one block away.

  Ian Golkar: Don't waste your time with this service in San Diego. The apk either wont load, crashes, or finds you in some random place. You supposedly have 10 places. Are you saying that by now you haven't come up with a workable apk? One that connects via your FB acc? If by any luck you receive through, They will tell you they're too busy and test back later (they only have 20 vehicles), or wait a awesome 10 mins if and when they'll receive there. Don't bother on busy times like Wed nights and on. You'll never receive a vehicle. Stick with the another services. And don't bother flagging them down, becuase you have to go through the apk that doesn't work ( I have a Droid)

  I test and flag down drivers they never stop. I test to use the apk on my smartphone it doses not work. What is going on?

  Jay Goldberg: I don't wish to sign up with an acc, I have enough online accounts. In response to developer: then base the acc on my smartphone number and provide login via SMS rather than password. The accountability argument is a false flag as it is simple to enter fraudulent info into the apk signup anyway.
