The Situational Practice is a mental health resource, a welcoming community, and the bridge between you and Derrick Hoard LMFT, AKA The Situational Therapist. This apk has hundreds of hours of binge-worthy, original content presented in a format that throws "professionalism" to the wind. While The Situational Practice is for everyone, I am proud to provide a mental health apk with a section specifically for Black Mental Health. You will forget that I am not your therapist as I teach you everything you didn't know you required to know about mental disease, including: "How diagnoses are invented", "Why CBT doesn't work", and assist you rethink mental disease and come to trust that recovery from all mental disease is not only possible but achievable with stories from individuals who have achieved it!
