Jeannie really gets it and has devised movement therapy that really works for me (and from the feedback of the community, for others with this problem as well).   Rachel Han: The ultimate hypermobile/EDS secure tool for not only building back muscle strength but also learning the most effective methods to go about it without injuries. Jeannie's videos have given me much better awareness and control of my body. She has helped me regain muscle strength safely when no one else should. I give the apk itself only four stars because I often have to reload it a lot of times before page appears, esp on a laptop. But priceless content.

  Tia Rymal: My initial reaction was that the classes in the apk appeared too simple; however, as I've used the apk more, I've learned that it's essential to work on the "simple" ones because they teach you how to move properly (and relearning how to move isn't as simple as it initially seemed). The length of the classes makes fitting them into my busy schedule completely doable. I love that I'm able to use the apk on my smartphone and my television! It's also good to connect with another people who understand EDS and HSD.

  Bellamy Watson: I think "in-app purchases" is misleading since it's a subscription service. As someone who can't work because of my EDS symptoms, I was looking forward to the community described and some assist in taking care of myself, but I can't afford a monthly charge for it. I wouldn't have gotten my hopes up if it had clearly stated that I would be charged to use it.

  Danielle Kuhn: This apk is life changing and brings together both exercise, motivation and help. I trust these exercises and techniques would also be helpful to anyone regardless of having Hypermobility/EDS as they promote stability and body awareness. Jeannie is a ground breaking teacher and help who will tutorial you through each movement.

  Blue Blizard: This is falsely labeled as having in-app purchases, but is in fact a subscription service. The only thing you can do for gratis is install the apk. If the developer were more transparent and honest, I'd consider purchasing this apk.

  Lisa Chesnut: The monthly fee is too expensive. A lot of who have EDS are on some kind of disability, so if they really cared about those with EDS they wouldn't be charging more than a few bucks per month. But the tone deaf answer to all negative reviews is why I refuse to subscribe. How do gratis YT videos assist those needing a community or a structured exercise/lifestyle tool? It may be good tool but the high price makes it look like it's more about the cash than really helping those suffering from EDS.
