  Feeby Peels: Apk will not connect to device. I've been wasting time with customer service instead of being able to diagnose my vehicle. They don't seem to have very goos customer service skills either, as they wish me to install a firmware update(which requires a bluetooth connection) when they know the device isn't connecting to the apk. Awful experience overall.
