I haven't used it in an active gym setting but once I purchased it I did a 'dry run' through it to receive a feel for how I'd be using it in the gym and I can honestly say, I'm going to love it.   Sven Coetzer: Been a soldier for over a decade always training. This apk is just gorgeous for well thought out routines with endles combinations, food plans and progress trackers. You can only manage progress if you track it and this what I like. Mike also practices what he preaches and there is a lot of mindset compenets to this, which I think is ideal for younger men.

  joseph dean: I think for the price the apk is well worth the cash, I don't know why people bitching about the no sound in the vids they are obviously just a fast tutorial and all the exercises are explained in depth in the vid library. Mike is obvs on top of his mini game and has place years into getting where he is and is beautiful thorough in what he does. The tip is sound and the exercise plans are decent. Only awful feedback is one or 2 of the vids don't load properly and you can't click through onto the facebook page

  John K: Apk is good! Different workout options/programs, able to easily switch exercises, videos really create the apk gorgeous.... everything I wish in an apk! Two minor problems: 1) status/weight tracker does not let me to enter weight or pics, error every time... 2) workout timer will not begin... very minor problems. Still the best apk out there.

  Chris Hill: A clean and simple to navigate apk. There are plenty of workout options, with easily swappable exercises depending on your gym situation, and easy and clear video tutorials if you're unsure of the process. You can even add or remove exercises/ workouts depending on what fits in with your requirements. Contains a meal library with a shopping list and adjustable calories to suit your goals. Overall a good apk, will give 5 star once all the bugs have been ironed out.

  Jessica Brewer: Good workout plans + food ideas. I have currently got an online pt who I pay a lot of cash for, so was interested to compare the apks and have to say its very related. Workouts are good and I like I can select a glute focus and switch out exercises for alternatives. Would be awesome if the food plans had an option for easy recipes only as some are too complicated. Also the standard food plan is quite heavily vegetarian - more meat!! Protein levels seem to begin quite low to begin + can't edit.

  George Stanchev: Changing my initial 1 star review because, satisfied to say, most bugs seem to be fixed. Various workout split options now generate workouts...although I'd still like to see something more than a 7 day split option for home dumbell workouts. Overall, super-slick apk. Everything anyone would need to turbocharge their physique is there. And when it comes to training and nutrition, there's really no one better than Mike T. HIGHLY suggest to anyone. Apparel is also A+.

  Joel D: Modernize : player exp has def improved!! Nice. Few weird bugs with the weight scroll selector jumping around. Also note to Dev, people are not going to log a ticket. You need to action the feedback here and not ask players to Log a ticket. The content in this apk is good. But I wish more of a responsive apk like powerful apk. The timer doesn't begin or is buggy and saving a set is clunky. But a really awesome begin. Please hold the updates coming esp if you're charging monthly for this.

  Leslie Martel: Content it top notch however apk is full of glitches and tiny inconveniences. For example: -Can't modernize my process photo or weight. Apk crashes. -When starting routine video window pops up with black screen. -Shopping lists are for the day with no option to change to weekly or multiple days. -If you substitute a food in the weekly plan there is no option to change it for the rest of the week. Makes customizing the food plan a pain. Love Mike and his content. Fix these and it's a five star!

  Matthew Dixon: If you can tolerate the bugs with videos not opening, for example the blank screen at the beginning of each day's themed workout, then it's a really thoughtfully constructed apk with minimal fluff and simple to use at the gym. Session timer doesn't function at the moment and I'd like to see links to technique videos from Mike's YouTube content to assist really drill down on form and execution of lifts. An modernize sorting these problems would create this apk good. Having said that, it's awesome value.

  Helga Walter: Intransparent. You don't see what the apk is about before signing up. After sign up you receive nothing but you must ebook a plan... ????? - booked a month to discover. The library is good, more of the useful items on FB. Food plan seems not really done yet. Plans I search lacking structure (or just not explained), individual WO are not choosable. Awesome basis to maybe one day become awesome.

  jack m: Buggy/hard to navigate. Shows next workout from the wrong week. Inputting reps and weight takes multiple tries to receive it to present completed. A lot of various places to click are slightly off and you have to click all around them to choose. Some form guide videos don't load and have to be clicked once more. Awesome tool and very informative, just programmed very, very poorly.

  Juan Flores: I'm beginning weight loss and fitness adventure. First let's begin with some positives. The interface is organized well. The food plans provided with ingredients and instructions is exceptional. Now for the negatives. This apk has a long method to go. The videos are glitchy and no sound provided. Consider providing instructions on videos. Buttons are not accurate. When choosing weight, it changes it once saved. If I back out of the apk the timer starts all over once more. Willing to purchase one fixed

  DJG: I love the content. The only reason it's not 5 star is the apk has a few bugs. For example my Arms - Strength workout, the videos won't load. It just has a few loading problems here and there. If these are fixed and they could be, for a paid subscription then the apk will be excellent.

  Деан Дамевски: I like the the options to switch exercises, the food plans with the ingredients and how to prepare them, and also the option to record you progress with pictures is good. So far the timer is unusable and evenif you receive it to work it has a delay. The apk crashes and lags sometimes, I tried uploading a picture with my progress and it doesn't work. Whenever I go into a workout a blank video plays automatically, which I have to cancel to see my actual workout routine. Videos are missing for arms.

  Blazej Wiencek: Awesome apk that still needs some work on it. It is noticeable apk was designed for iOS players. This is the first apk I came across that "back" bottom system button doesn't work. To go back, I have to look for button up on the screen that is built in apk. It's not how android device system works. Other minor flaw is scrolling and setting of weight and number of reps. It's very sensitive and it unnecessarily consumes too much attention to receive the right number (not the one next to it).

  James Dale: Large fanatic of Mike been following him for years and signed up to this straight away payed for a full year but so far really disappointed very buggy and not much room to edit training programmes so push pull legs end up being push pull legs push pull push pull. Bugs I've encountered so far •Timer does not work •Videos rarely work •Setting reps and weight always changes after you have input it •Weight glitches when trying to input it Hopefully will be fixed soon.
