  Tyson Lloyd Thwaites: Gaming bliss. Let's face it - all the turret and rpg mini games in the shop lose their shine after a while, but Tichu reveals more depth the more you play it. Easy enough to learn, but dripping with tactic and decision making. After months of playing, I am still learning fresh tactics. Easy - if you've never heard of it, buy it and learn it. If you persist, you won't be disappointed.

  A Google User: Good! It works wonderfully! An good piece of design. It's obviously written by someone with a lot of Tichu experience. The only thing I can see for improvement is when a want is created, the T (10) can be mistaken for a 7 because of the font choice.

  A Google User: Surprisingly awesome I like tichu as a cardgame, but was not expecting much from this smartphone adaptation. Due to the squad aspect awful AI would just destroy the mini game. But the AI is beautiful awesome, and the mini game is fun. Should use some UI tweaks.

  A Google User: Ignore the previous comments that say the cards don't present up with the JB modernize, doesn't work at all with JB, or that the Dev doesn't answer to emails. Hopefully those reviews with soon be updated, and 5 stars be rightfully given. This is a completely good implementation of Tichu. After logging close to 500 full mini games overall, i can still say this is the most enjoyable mini game on my device.

  Michael Mangold: Good Apk! I was very skeptical that the developer should capture effective AI, but this apk is really well done. Generally speaking, the AI is challenging and strategic. The interface is easy but effective, and the mini game plays very smoothly - no bugs that I've seen. If you have fun playing this mini game, you will definitely be hooked on this apk. Simple, no-brainer 5 stars. Three notes to the developer - traditional Tichu is played counter clockwise. Also, it is difficult to see the cards that have been passed to me. On my RAZR Maxx, they briefly flash on the screen only after I press "Begin Round". Finally, when playing the Mah Jong, one typically wishes for the card they passed to the enemy (to break up potential straights or bombs). My AI partner seemingly wishes for cards at random, which has screwed over my hand at times.

  Paul Eastland: A Must-Buy Even for Tichu Newbies Because I'd never played Tichu before, I was a tiny hesitant about this game's lack of a demo ver, but that turned out to be a non-issue. After a few hands, I was hooked. (For further instruction and tip on how to play this mini game, check out episode 2 of the "How to Play Podcast" by Ryan Sturm.) ____ This apk is definitely worth the cash and I highly suggest it to anyone who likes card mini games. I'll probably buy physical copies for family members as bonuses because of this apk. ____ So far, the only things I'd like to see changed about the apk are the timing of the tips and HD implementation. The tips sometimes go away too quickly and I have to hit the tip button a few times to receive everything it is trying to tell me. Maybe add a tip timing entry or tap-to-dismiss-hints on the settings page. Also, the graphics are ok, but they aren't optimized for larger screens like my Nexus 7. The cards look smaller than they probably could. I would pay once more for an HD or tablet-optimized ver. ____ Anyway, buy this mini game!

  A Google User: Good enemy, UI is improving steadily I've been having a good time playing the AIs. If you wish something to slay time and try your tichu skills on, this is it. The player interface is still type of crufty but the programmer has been making steady improvements, and now (March 2012) it is completely usable although not super beautiful.

  Meri Roscher: Good AI! Awful format doesn't adapt to fresh phones I've been playing this mini game and the apk all the time for years training myself to count cards. I love it! It's got a good AI and is a challenge without cheating. However, the format hasn't adjusted to modern phones. There is no options button you can push if you don't have the harware button on your smartphone. Also if you have a large smartphone the cards are method too little to read or click on. If your name is too long it cuts off the score board. I want they'd fix it. :( If it works on your smartphone is a good apk.
