  Jason Tolerico: It can be hit and miss (A few cancellations came latest min, and even one created didn't present up. No call, no message, nothing.) And it doesn't seem like Tidy is too concerned with that. Of course if you cancel latest min you receive charged a fee, which I understand and accept with. But what's awesome for the goose is awesome for the gander. Tidy also makes you order a subscription to maid service, which is annoying unless you wish to pay an extra 10% for a cleaning.But my schedule is not consistent.

  A Google user: horrible cleaners. one of my cleaners showed up with one little cleaning rag. and she never used it to clean anything. she spent most of the time splashing water in an empty clean sink. most of them are lazy and dont wish to clean or do anything. they waste time pacing back and forth. and moving obscure stuff for no reason to another side of room. they trying to waste time and look productive. like a basketball or football user running out the clock cause mini game is already over.

  A Google user: Apk glitches lead to overcharges and awful service leads to frustration.... Not only did I have scheduling problems, no email communication about a can eled housekeeper, but also awful housecleaning services, and overcharges. The apk won't allow me delete my card to stop the charges even though I've had one cleaning and they just hold charging me! If I thought deleting the apk would delete the card and stop the charges, I would. However, I'm waiting for help to receive back to me because - and here's the kicker - they offer no smartphone help! So you receive to waste your time emailing back and forth all day or week or however long it takes to resolve.

  A Google user: Really awful customer service. Might be various if they had a smartphone number you should call, but they don't. So instead of speaking to a person in real-time, I have been emailing back and forth with one of their agents for almost 3 weeks over an problem that shouldn't be this complicated. Why could I be charged a cancellation fee when I cancelled after the homekeeper indicated she was going to be at least 20 mins late to the appointment?? Do yourself a favor and use other service.

  A Google user: In the process of moving from a 400sq ft apt and decided to test this. Due to work I was unable to be there during the service. By far the WORST cleaning service. Floors were still dirty, window sills, Windows, shower. I honeatly dnt even know what they did. Cuz in 2.5hrs it could be an simple thing. By far the biggeat waste of cash. I will never be using this service once more!!!
