  B. Root: A tiny bit too clunky for a single-user use case and the desktop UI feels very dated compared to another time-tracking apks. I was going to just uninstall it and close out my acc after I decided it wasn't for me, and then discovered that you can't just cancel your subscription via a web form the same method you sign up - you actually have to email their help to close your acc. This is an incredibly skeevy move, adding an unnecessary layer of friction to the acc closure process and requiring you to interface with a retention associate. I would have left quietly, but the acc cancellation process merits warning another players away from.
