Place apk for client and employee time trackingEmployees simply carry their Android device smartphone to client places. Time Trac will record a timesheet when the players enter and exit the place. The employer can upload the timesheet info (pdf & csv formatted) to their client billing and payroll systems. Features• Simple Setup - Use your client addresses, employee mobile numbers and your own contact info that already exist in your Android device Contacts. Your company name, profile picture and name are all imported from Your details in Contact settings. Add client place from addresses stored in Contacts. Invite employees to join your company using the mobile number from your Contacts. • Client Place Fence - Swipe right on a client card allows you to edit the place and Geo Fence perimeter. Simply long press the client place on the map and drag to the center of the client property. Long press once more from the edge to increase or decrease the radius of the perimeter. • Share an Employee Invite Link - Adding an employee* to Time Trac from your Contacts opens a share card, allowing you to send a link to their Android device smartphone. The employee clicks the link on their smartphone to install Time Trac and authenticates using the same invite mobile smartphone number. • Place Foreground Service - All Time Trac players have a service running on their smartphone that records when they enter and exit a client place. This service is related to running a navigation service like Google's Maps Apk, but your place is updated less frequently, which requires less battery. Requirements• The recent ver of Time Trac running Android device 5 and above. Some features are not accessible on all devices. Permissions• Contacts: Needed to setup players profile including player name, company name & profile picture. Also needed to add clients and employees. • Place - all the time: Needed in order to record entering and exiting times at client places. Used to begin place foreground service. • Photos/Media/Files & Storage: Needed if you would like to capture screenshots to provide feedback & upload bug reports • Wi-Fi connection info: Needed in order to save players timesheets in the cloud *(monthly subscription needed)
