  A Google User: Been using it for a couple of months. Took some time to configure all the settings/features for our company (LFG Ltd.), but is now working good! The report features are fairly extensive and the employees largely create use of the Mobile Clock option via their smart phones. Finally, I must say we were totally impressed by how responsive their help staff have been. A shutout to Rey in this regard.

  A Google User: Android device players have had an ongoing trouble of receiving an error when trying to clock in or out. The error usually occurs at least 3 times before it will recognize where you are. Usually it occurs 5 or more times. Since this is supposed to be a mobile apk it completely defeats the purpose of having it. This trouble is being reported by the rest of the staff I work with. Not sure if it is company wide. The tech department is at a loss how to fix the trouble. And yes, I have repeatedly removed the apk and restarted my smartphone with no success at resolving the trouble.

  Wendy Bartholomew: It worked for about a week, I loved it when it worked, then it updated and now it doesn't work. Such a bummer because it makes life so much easier. Now it just says "Should not collect place info. Clock operation will be cancelled. Timeout expired." Every. Single. Time.
