  ethan poortinga: Decided to leave a comment after seeing all the hate! That people cannot receive it out of begginer mode purchased fresh and it works good! It was very confusing to hook it up to the apk you need to connect it with blue tooth using pin number ( 000000 ) on you're actual smartphone and then connect it to the apk using there bluetooth paring option yes there instructions are garbage and most people will just receive flusterd and give up, The speaker sounds like poo but the product and apk work good

  Adam Hillyer: This apk mostly works. It did take some troubleshooting to receive the apk to pair, but it did work with my Note 9. I can change the colors of the lights and some settings like speed and sensitivity. Changing "mode" causes the apk to crash, but I can change individual settings just ok so nothing of value was lost.

  Andy Alexandrakis: I figured out the connection trouble. Does not work on US phones. My Samsung s8 or my iphone i7 would connect. I then dug out and old Chinese smart smartphone and it connected instantly. I guess only international phones with all the band's work. Not US phones. If this company reads these reviews. This is the trouble please fix. This is a nice scooter but you need to be able to receive it out of beginners mode. As of today 3.5.18 it works they emailed me back that they updated the apk to accommodate U.S. phones also.

  Tammy Mullis: since turning on the apk the v2 will shut off while daughter is riding making her fall. I don't know how to stop it from doing this. she loves the thing but we need to receive it to stop doing that. when it does it you can't even power it back on till you place it on charge and it will have plenty of charge. someone assist me please

  Matthew Bartel: I'm 30 years old & beautiful tech savvy, but it took me a few days before I was able to connect to my K1 on my Samsung S5. You must not pair through your phone's default Bluetooth settings, only through the apk. The apk will "scan for devices" perpetually, even after it's found your Tomoloo, so before you can pair you must click the top right corner once to create it stop scanning. Only then will you be able to choose your Tomoloo device from the list and enter the password to connect successfully.
