  A Google User: Mobile check deposit? Heh, in the time it takes to receive pictures the apk will actually agree without spitting back some generic error that doesnt even specify which check side it finds problem with, much less tell you what you did incorrectly you can drive to the bank, fill out a deposit slip, wait in line, and stop for meal on the method home... Also the "remember me" button at the apks login page is laughable at best, it always alters your username so you have to kind it in every time you wish to use the apk anyway.

  Shira Finson: Mobile check deposit bug!! The mobile check deposit has a awful bug - the camera is somehow reversed and shows a flipped photo when used to take pictures of the check. It is unusable as is. Please fix!!

  A Google User: Fails to Log In I tried using this application a year ago and couldn't log in. I've never been able to even receive past the username/ID screen. It says that my username is invalid. I've been using the same username for years to log in through the tompkins believe site and never had a single problem. My wife and I have both tried to log in through this mobile apk a lot of times for over a year now. Won't work with my android device or her iphone. Not to mention ive had 3 diff phones and still nothing. The apk should use an modernize Dev.

  Hailey Alemán: Tried 4 times to register for mobile banking through the bank site, replied "yes" to the text, and every single time was told that they were unable to process my request. When the office is closed the automated number they recommend you call has absolutely no option to address this problem, and the number they tell you to press for acc info returns with a notice saying that it is an invalid entry. I texted "assist" to the same number and received the same notice saying, "We are currently unable to process your request." So as far as I am concerned, a completely useless apk.
