  Iain M: The gold standard of Mastodon clients. Plenty of features both necessary and frivolous, from strong searching and multiple accounts to text-to-speech toots and custom animated icon filters. Picking out specific toots in a timeline can be cumbersome if it's just an photo or a link, but otherwise it's unbelievable.

  Will McAlpine: Good Mastodon client. Interface looks very nice. My only complaints are that when you leave the apk during initial login process, the browser window goes blank. So when I have to receive my 2fa code and password I have to use multi-window. And the ux should be a bit smoother. Otherwise, it's probably one of the best Android device clients out there!

  J.M. Dow: This apk is my favorite mastodon apk. The interface is clean and superb. You can easily switch between multiple instances, track hashtags, and add lists of people you follow. A couple of things hold it from being a total victory, though: The notifications are still a bit buggy--I don't always receive notified that someone has interacted with me. Also, this apk lacks keyword muting which is a large bummer if people are spamming a hashtag. I'd still say this is the best mastodon apk in the apk shop, and I've tried most at this point.
