  A Google User: Fact check? Got a message this evening about a nearby tornado sighting. Not only was there no tornado, but the weather was already past the place. There needs to be something in put to stop alerts for false or prank sightings.

  A Google User: Button confusion You might test making the button where you report a tornado near you more clear as to what it is. I accidentally clicked it thinking it would receive me local info and ended up making a false report on accident.

  Christine Brome: Never shows anything. I don't know if this is the apk or the community but it never shows tornadoes on the map anymore. A few days ago there was at least 9 tornadoes reported to the NOAA site in NC, and not one of them reported on this map. I figured there was a time limit the tornado would present on this apk, but I was checking the apk within 10 minutes of the reports. I don't know if its the apk or if there is no one in the place using this apk to report tornadoes.
