  Fri Officer: When managing from the site it is difficult to use while accessing from a mobile smartphone. From the application side not being able to navigate out of a report to do tours, or reference another reports, and go back easily without either deleting or submitting the reports is limiting.

  Phong Tran: my Clients used to be able to click on the Green camera/play icon to see the my guards video Reports. But now when my Client clicked on the camera/play icon. It brings them to the Guardtek site and asked them for login info. please fix this as my Clients are not Customers of yours. My Clients could not need to make a login just to see the guards reports.

  Atfirst Shopping: Awful can oly take 1 picture per entry, 2 pictures per entry if take 1 under the time heading, and 1 under the Safety observation heading. Video is only 30 seconds of recording. Lighting report rarely downloads completely. Other related apk lets you take up to 10 pictures per entry, a 2 mins audio recording, & a 2 min video recording. This means that I can take 10 pictures, plus a 2 mins audio recording, a 2 mins video recording all in 1 entry.

  Irish Joe: It's a good apk for proxy points and reports but can't attach pictures, not a easy apk anymore which requires additional useless steps, no more copy & paste. I'm giving it a 1 star because I just wrote an incident report 3 times and it keeps erasing what I place in. Don't trust me, install it, and test it.
