amber wrixon: I used to take classes with lyzabeth when I lived in Toronto. Since I moved, I've been missing them! This apk is a good substitute for in-class sessions. I love that it shows you workouts ahead of time, what the alternates are, and it even times you for certain sets! I use at at home gym and I haven't encountered an exercise I couldn't do with minimal equipment. If you're a gym goer, you'll have full reign. There are a few calendars to follow depending on your goals, so there's no guessing which exercise is next. I'm not creative enough to place together a well rounded set, this apk really helps me. You can submit before images, use the nutrition section for a sugar cleanse, and so much more. Test it! You'll love it.

They are challenging but you can choose an alternate workout that better fits your ability or equipment. This apk is so well thought out and the videos create it simple to understand the exercises.
