A Google user: This apk is good for running indoors! I use Treadr for fast 7 minute running warmups before lifting sessions and for my longer 30 minute HIIT cardio sessions. The spoken instructions are clear and blend with my melody instead of interrupting it. Using headphones are definitely the focus of this apk. This apk has dozens of default settings that are good for fresh runners. Experienced runners can change parameters to refine their performance if they like. You can share runs socially! Good apk!
