Please send him an email in english or frensch and tell him the following: - Trouble description - Android device device used - Android device ver - TuneECU ver - which connection is used, Bluetooth or cable - in case of Bluetooth issues, what type of Bluetooth adapter is used? (Manufacturer and tool ver) - loaded map - car kind - VIN. In the TuneECU directory, a trace.txt is generated, these txt basically together with the request, as Zip or RAR file send.   A Google User: Unbelievable help for Ducati 5AM series ECUs This apk makes diagnosing engine and sensor issues a snap. Flashing ECU maps is also intuitive. And the ability to load fuel trim files written for the PowerCommander III/V directly to the ECU is simply good. The apk is strong and feature packed, yet still uncluttered and simple to use.

  A Google User: Holy S**t! Thought I was going to have to shell out $400++ at the dealer to have my Ducati SF848 ECU remapped, but did it here with $30 in cables and a $12 apk... From my PHONE! Perfect begin. My only complaint is that the .hex files downloaded from my ECU appear to be a various structure and size from those used by TuneBoy or GuzziDiag, and I can't easily search where the startup banner is when rifling through the files in a hex editor.. Please add the ability to modify startup banners, restart TPS & service light!

  Michał Z: Working correct with Ducati. After 2 days using apk changes to "demo ver". I deleted and download once more. It works ok now. If cable doesnt connect, test to use other FTDI cable (my first cable was fresh but doesnt connect). Working via bluetooth, but you can load/edit map.

  A Google User: Best Best £7.93 I have ever spent. After struggling with fiddly drivers and awful connections on Windows, this worked first time and did everything it said it would first time, My Bonneville had off street pipes when I bought it and the ECU had this tool showed me that it had never been remapped. Remapping and resetting the adaptations was a piece of cake. An hour in the garage this afternoon and it is like a fresh bicycle. Well worth it.
