  kelly lincoln: I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to for this one. I simply had no problems with this apk. It was super simple to use. Directions were simple to follow and I was even able to connect right with an agent through the apk when I had an problem. I was nervous about using the apk when I read all the reviews. But I'm glad I used it created my morning and the move much easier.

  Chad Swenson: I tried despite awful reviews. Required for after hours pickup. It worked flawessly on HTC A9. ID snap was processed by rep instantly. I would suggest at least trying this on device. Just have site ready in case it fails. They obviously fixed some problems or they are having issues with compatibility across platforms/OSs.

  Thomas Powers: Had to use in order to return a trailer, apk had problem and would not allow me past the verification screen. It took 10 tries and finally got past. Probs about 20 minutes of wasted time sitting in the uhaul parking lot before it finally worked. Also had problem verifying place. Was not a awesome experience. Uhaul needs to improve this apk.

  Daniel Garcia: This apk has serious issues with navigation. For example, if you use the built in customer service chat you can not navigate away to search details they require ... like reservation number. If you do the apk doesn't allow you use the chat feature because you have an active session.... but you can't receive to it anymore. If you begin the pickup process and navigate away you can't complete the pickup. Calling a shop is still the best option.

  Bryan Jon Smith: NEVER use the U-Haul Apk to rent, return, etc... a truck. NEVER. They cannot track its dispatching, key release and another things. I'm currently in the state of a "late truck" that I never took possession of, even though the website and their nation-wide numbers confirmed the truck never left the website. They have NO ability to change the status or document problems, and their Apk is NOT integrated into their help system.

  Pam Anderson: This review is about uhaul in general. I tried to go to their web website to leave a review, but you cant unless you are a current customer. Any method, i rented a truck and trailer from them to go from oklahoma to pennsylvania. And in Tennessee, the trailer came off of the truck going down the street. I am a 61 year old woman and has no idea what to do in a situation like that. So i called uhaul, they would not not send anyone to assist me receive the trailer back on, even though it was hitched up improperly by their imployee. It took all day to receive that back together thanks to the assist of a stranger. I only went a couple of blocks and discovered there was a uhaul there. I started crying because they should have helped me and refused. Well because of the accident, i had damaged furniture in the trailer, and they refused to pay on the insurance claim. Said it was my fault the trailer come off. Horrible experience. I will not go back to them ever. And they are method too expensive.

  Hoth Poe: Horrible apk and company! No point using this apk! I created a reservation a week in advance and received an email confirmation through this apk. The night before my move I keep a call from U-Haul saying they cannot fulfil the reservation. Disgusting business practice and customer service!!! I will spread the word to never use U-Haul.
