  Joshua Ellis: The car searcher works but doesn't modernize so you have to hold closing and opening to see where you are in relation to your vehicle, but it does a really awesome job pinpointing where your vehicle is. And the remote begin function and locking/unlocking takes FOREVER! there's also no rhyme or reason to when the remote begin and lock wants to work. It's really cool when it wants to work though

  This apk can be awesome, but it's badly implemented and extremely slow and buggy. A feature that's missing is a true time status, for example if I'm not sure if i locked the door i could be able to look at the apk and see whether my doors are locked or not. The whoever developed this apk could be fired and a completely fresh apk needs to be built from the ground up. After the first year, there is absolutely no method that I would pay for this apk and service in its current state. Please go back to the drawing board on this one. There's too much room for improvement

  Joel Ebel: It worked for two days. Seemed useful but slow. Then it just stopped. No more remote begin button, and the car info page is blank except the latest health report. I reinstalled to no result. Tried on my wife's smartphone and couldn't even log in. If this is something they hope I'll pay for after a trial year, they are going to have to test harder.

  Anli Tran: I didn't completely hate it because there are a couple maybe passable perks to Uconnect but the bottom line fails miserably. I took the trial because I liked the voice texting, Yelp features, checking my vehicle status, items like that sets it apart from a generic Auto Begin system. From that pint on though it FAILS! I've tried to begin my vehicle with my smartphone over 10 times and it worked only once after I waited 3 mins! I wanted Uconnect to work so awful cause if it should do autostart properly then all the another features combined create it worth 150 a year but as is I'd just take my business to another aftermarket systems that guarantee control within seconds. P.S. I've tried turning it on whole in my house approximately 10 ft away, may as well use the key fob at that point (which also fails because it gives no feedback as to whether it worked) I love my Jeep and in the grand scheme of things I don't blame Jeep for these shortcomings. I just feel that if you're gonna place your seal of approval on other company's product then you could be stricter on how they're working for your loyal customers. Jeep is unbelievable and I love it but damn.... Uconnect needs to pick up their mini game.

  OK newer ver doesn't crash but complains about rooted smartphone and wouldn't memorize the credentials. It probably has valid safety concerns yet it makes it impractical to enter credentials every time, and rooted phones are not that uncommon. Besides, that's the only apk I know that complains about root.

  Wayne Carpenter: Apparently this apk doesn't like non-text heroes in the password. The old apk allows it. You could specify what is needed or not allowed for passwords. That would eliminate a lot of frustration with your apk.

  Darren Fuller: Levels and ranges on my Pacifica Hybrid are glitchy at best. Fully charged car has said 44% to 0%. Range has gone from 64km to 0km. I don't think the fuel side of the guage has ever worked. The charge status isn't reliable either. Hopefully fixed by the time the gratis trial is up!

  Matt Rich: Signs me out every few days. WYF. Can't paste password. I use password manager that can't recognize uconnect apk, (it should the old ver) and I can't even paste password or do split screen to enter it.

  Sylvia Paige: Just purchased 2018 Grand Cherokee Overland and this apk hasn't worked yet. Called customer service and she was no assist. Someone was supposed to contact me, no contact yet. Chevy's On Star apk is good, sorry I can't say the same for this apk.

  Having the same problem as most. When logging in on mobile device I continue to receive a server error notice. Disappointing for sure. Hope their is a resolve.

  Frank Ortisi: I don't even know what this apk does, crashes immediately upon opening. Says "loading" then the screen goes all blue, all black, blue black then closes. Smartphone is a Note 4.

  Thomas Peterson: Running ver 3.1.3 on Samsung galaxy S8: I can sign in and it just shows a white screen and the name of my car "KEEP Grand Cherokee" at the top with a drop down menu for some settings options. Zero buttons anywhere of any sort of functionality. Seems like I paid $55k for a fresh SUV and went through a month of troubleshooting with customer help over the smartphone to even make an acc to be able to log into a white screen. How useless.

  Brian Mundahl: 2018 Dodge Charger. This apk doesn't work at all. At least my vehicle is parked close enough to the building my actual remote works. Sucks for when I'm at the shop and actually wish to use this.
