  khatere Kalaly: The registration is very simple now but because it's fresh we could participate some difficulties. After that booking, unblock and drive as simple as you can't imagine. Of course there are guidelines you don't know yet. Call them if you doubt anything and they will reply you. The only concern I had was paying 1500aed incase of accident , I would appreciate it if we should have an additional charge for full insurance.

  Abu Tariq: I don't know the reason of heavily negative comments on the company, but here is a fair review on my experience with the company for one day using the vehicle multiple times: The business idea is a life saviour, instead of renting a vehicle for the whole day with a large legal commitment I found it efficient to use the vehicle only on the trips required, saving me time and cash, invoicing me on each trip with the exact info. The fresh fleet of Nissan Kicks is good, vehicles are brand fresh with low milage and fun to ride! The fuel level in the vehicle was full. It was simple to reach the customer service through the call center, they were cooperative with me in answering my questions. Standard Mawaqif Parking are paid in advance by the company, THANK YOU! The only negative thing is the cleanliness of the vehicle, which can be easily managed by the company if they take my opinion in consideration: you can depend on the player to clean the vehicle periodically by asking them through a notification on the apk and crediting a reward gratis riding mins as a compensation on serving your vehicle. hold the awesome work up!
