It's not incredibly slow, it has everything I need to take care officer my accounts, and the fresh mobile deposit feature improved so much on the old one that I actually like using it! Definitely changed my mind about Umpqua's mobile help. My only complaint is that the interface needs some work.

  Geno Wayne Hardin: I switched to Umpqua banking from Wells Fargo strictly for the added "Safety" and flexibility their mobile banking provides. With fingerprint logon feature, I'm confident my acc data is untouchable by anyone but me. All banking features are at my finger advices 24/7! Transfers are gratis and simple, accessible instantly! The "Only" downfall: I don't have to visit a branch or ATM anymore. Haven't been inside my bank for months. Awful for Umpqua maybe, but gr8 for its customers.

Well, been using this apk for a year now, all three private accounts (I can not speak for their business accounts since I do not have one) and I never ever had an problem, this apk was used on at least 3-4 various phones ranging from $80-$300, both Apple and Android device; so not sure why all the hubbub is about and low ratings. Updates are important part of any tool apk, mobile or not..and if you have a computer of any sorts at home...you could know this by now-!😒😐 So, with that being said..here's why I cloose Umpqua for my banking: 1: Good customer service, and always willing to work with me, even on my mistakes. 2: They're simple to begin an acc, even when you've had one before with them and it got closed... 3: This apk has NEVER failed on me, ever, and is accurate down to the penny, I checked it as I was at their ATM using this apk. (For banking purposes that's major, think about that for a moment) 4: They have gratis coffee and cookies. Don't see that at Wells Fargo-! 5: Gratis 24 hour wi-fi, when your in a jam and living out of your vehicle, they never jammed me up for sitting in they're parking lot after libaray has closed to find for services. Thx you-! 6: 2nd biggest bank on the coast 7: The CEO, pulled this whole thing off to become the 2nd biggest bank on the coast, he did it back in 2007-8 when the U.S. econ took a heavy head-long dive into oblivion...not sure about any on else but, that in itself could speak VOLUMES more than the ratings of this ever should. Ohhh...and he wrote his ebook about as well. Just go in and ask for a copy. (Think about that for a few moments and then decide if the 3 star ratings truly reflect the bank's history and banking practices & policies, because there are a he'll of a lot more banks out there that are schyters and one of which I was personally told NEVER bank with them period, by a person who was a banker, I took their tip and they folded 5years later)
