  Jim S: I could place calls and send messages over the resort’s Wi-Fi without incurring international roaming charges, which saved me a ton of cash. It worked good so I should see the restaurant menus and what was going on at the resort. I also used it for room service which created it nice in the morning.

  Terry Lee: Installed the apk for use at Secrets Puerto Vallarta and it was useful but I didn't test all the features. The apk was used primarily for checking dinner menus, restaurant hours and dress codes. I didn't test calling or texting back to the continental US or Canada. I couldn't check Now Amber info even though the resorts are side by side. The WiFi network provided at the resort was included with my stay and decent for my uses. I didn't stream videos but I saw some guests doing so

  Lori Millar: Eh, it's OK. On the first day we got all 3 of our phones connected (2 galaxy s7 and one amazon fire smartphone). And had chat and smartphone working. Was able to create calls to US from Mexico thru apk. Stopped working a couple of days later, had to set it up once more. I somehow lost the smartphone feature from my apk (chat still worked) - just used one of our another phones to call US. Not much details about the resort - just generic details, not date-specific (what is the drink of the day? Which film is being shown? Which restaurant is closed? We created plans to go to the French restaurant without the children one night only to search out when we got there that it was closed - that details was no where to be found on the apk or the in-room smartphone). Wireless connection was spotty and you should only connect 2 devices at a time per room.

  Ashley Royer: This apk is not very helpful. Restaurant times are not correct. Activities are listed and accurate. They don't list unique things going on, like unique buffet of the night, so you'll miss out. Receive the paper ver from the front desk instead.

  Patricia Smith: I downloaded this apk when I stayed at Breathless Punta Cana. The everyday activities schedule wasn't always correct and I found it to be unnecessary for calling to the states because you should just use the landline in the room for gratis.

  A Google user: Even after checking no mistake on name spelling at reception desk still couldn't register smartphone to access menus. Equally ridiculous is that you can ONLY see resort you are staying in (& only while staying) - so when in Breathless MBJ can't see what's going on in Secrets next door to which you have full physical access! Can now see restaurant menus for Secrets resorts next door (where they exist) but everyday happening schedules are still confined to resort you are staying in.

  Daniel Emminizer: Had a lot of promise. Is a awesome portal for info and contacting others on property. Functions well when connected. But apk falls apart when changing wireless connection zones on resort property. Change hotspot? Need to shut apk down completely and reset to receive chat messages or retrieve info. Impacted everyone in my party, even iPhone players. A few mins spent on updating this to better detect network state would earn this 4 or 5 stars. But in its current state, we were too frustrated to use the apk.

  D J: Was able to see the standard details about restaraunts, maps, weather, but was never able to use chat, voip calling or room number calling from my smartphone. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared system cache, restarted smartphone, didn't assist. When I called front desk from room smartphone, I was told it was my smartphone and to come down and they would look at it.
