  Lisandro Gomez: on 7/6/19 I paid to have my phon unlocked is now 6/11/19, I understand not all phones can be unlocked and you guys were honest about it but I do not appreciate that it's been 3 business days and you have not refunded me for what I paid. Maybe you could not do things half method, if you're been honest about your service go all the method and process the refunds in time.
