Karen Ailsworth Kinzer: i required more than seeing a therapist every 2 weeks to hold learning how to deal with anxiety and depression. "Little moments, a lot of times" is their way. Each day has a short audio lesson of a few mins. You are given a challenge for the day. Randomly throughout the day it sends you methods to check in that assist you receive out of your head. Finally, there is an online community, where another members and volunteers are accessible to discuss with you what you're experiencing. Highly suggest.

Modernize: I have been doing this apk for six months. I have gained much more relaxation and equanimity in my life. i am 58 years old. I've done it all: therapy, meditation, acupuncture, homeopathy, meds, body work, metaphysical items. This has created more difference than anything.

Will Field: This is insanely helpful and well created. I'm honestly shocked at the quality and quantity of what you receive before you even have to pay. I've tried head place and calm which were alright but this seems like a much more rigorous, focused, and well researched approach to addressing anxiety with mindfulness. everyone's anxiety is various of course, but I'd highly suggest at least trying this out to anyone with anxiety problems.

Sally Ziph: Love this! I don't like traditional meditation, so this apk is a good method to experience and learn how to "do" mindfulness.
