  A Google user: Super easy and elegant to use. I can receive my info really quickly (much better than the web website). The ability to chat with customer service is hidden under contact us, but a good feature! Seeing claims, Rx details, finidng a doctor, etc. is really simple with the apk. I can one touch to call my doctor or customer service, and the ability for the apk to locate services with gps makes it even easier.

  A Google user: Previous ver of this apk would not load. They now appear to have fixed that problem. The fresh apk appears to have plenty of useful features, including latest claims, ID cards, live video visits, ability to look up providers, and more I'm sure. One feature I didn't see was the ability to create an appointment through the apk. It does provide smartphone numbers, so you should always call, but it would be nice to be able to request an appointment in the apk. Overall, a awesome and useful apk that I'm sure I'll be using in the future.
