  A Google User: Works very well. My mate showed me a good charting tool on his I pad but when I tried to receive it for my Asus smartphone I found it not accessible for Android device. Tried this instead while underway on my Md. to Fla. Sailing trip. Works really well. Had one recommendation to the developer and they responded to my email and created a modification to fix. I' m impressed. .

  A Google User: All functions work as advertized I looked at a lot of apks before purchasing this one. I took it out for tests on each function found that one required correcting, wrote them about it and they responded with a fresh ver. Plots courses accurately, saves routes, exports them in archived zip format, drop points manually or by entering coordinates. Uses NOAA raster charts. Developer plans to continue to make batter their product with fresh chart editions as they become accessible. Simple to learn how to use and they answer to questions about using it. Really good program.

  Bill Muneio: Nice marine navigation apk I've been looking / trying out marine navigation apks and have found this one to be my favorites so far. Nice NOAA RNC charts, love the distance bearing feature as well as lat & long display and making routes is fairly easy. I couldn't figure out how to delete waypoints so I emailed suport and got a response almost immediately, good customer service!

  Hans van den bosch: The ability to download and use the maps offline and use the smartphone GPS is good, it puts my on board GPS to shame for only 15 bucks! The latest modernize changed the apk a bit but the good and quick customer help has me appreciate it even more, and the fresh maps flow together seamlessly.

  Christopher Miller: Good Tool and very simple to use!!!! I read a couple of reviews that talked about how hard this apk was to figure out. I'm guessing they have never used navigation tools before. This apk is very simple to use and has good features. It even has a "social" aspect to it where you can share your routes and tracks online through Fb. Which is not something I would have even thought about. But I'm glad they have it. I'm going on a week long cruise of the northern Chesapeake in a few weeks and a non-sailing buddy is going with me. I was able to prepare routes and share them with him on Fb so he should see what each days sailing place would be. AND when we are on the trip, we will share our actual tracks with our families and mates so that they can share in the journey with us. The download of the charts is good because they actually search connected charts for you if you use the geographical find way. LOVE IT! The charts are simple to read on my smartphone and smartphone. And as long as you have a smartphone or smartphone with a decent GPS you will know right where you are all of the time. The follow me function even projects your course ahead so you can see if you need to change course to avoid a hazard.

  Ken Dahlin: Ken Been searching for an apk that does what this one does or years. The tracking and route platforms are super! The lines for both routes and tracks are wide - simple to see and the system of staying on the track is so nice easily seeing the boat direction by a long dashed line - so simple to a adjust boat direction. Best of all you can email with questions and recommendations with very fast responses. Some of my recommendations will even be implemented in future upgades. They even hurried up adding a lake for me.

  kenneth clarke: NO BETTER MARINE APP EXISTS I have used this apk for over a year. Flawless. Took a 120 mile skiff adventure with ease and safety. I Encountered a trouble with the tide table for Lopez Island and emailed the developer. With very prompt email exchanges, he figured out that I had somehow changed feet to meters in the settings. I changed the setting back to its original configuration and presto... all fixed. This developer stands behind his product..... and quickly!

  Keith Soldner: Perfect - It is Like Google Maps for Boating I loaded this apk on my Nexus 7 before heading out on a week long trip on the upper Mississippi River. It was perfect! In the past I have used a combination of Google Maps and PDF's of USCG charts on my Nexus or Xoom. This apk has that approach beat...Hands Down! When you buy the Apk, the charts are gratis. You download them to your device so you don't need network connectivity. I've only used the Mississippi River charts but they have most major rivers in the US and some international plus good lakes and coastal waters. The Mississippi river charts are super. They present channels, under water obstructions (including all of the wing dams), and in some territories water depths. The "follow me" function uses the GPS to place your place on the map perfectly. It also uses your speed and headings to project a vector when you will be 1 min from now and a "danger" band that highlights the red/green window immediately in front of your boat. This is now a permanent fixture on my boat. Speaking of fixtures....when you buy this apk, buy a high quality holder for your smartphone. I bought the "RAM" mounting system and mounted my Nexus right next to my depth searcher..

  Tom MacArthur: Finally !!! This is what I was looking for. After trying different another gratis and not so gratis apks, this one loaded quickly and without issues. It shows your position on the official charts with all normal markers. I don't have a GPS on my boat so this is all I have. As long as the GPS works on the water, this is what I have been looking for!

  Bobby Nicewander Jr: Perfect service, awesome apk. The map for my local place was very blurry when zoomed in. After spending the $15 I was disappointed to see this, and after emailing the help squad, they had an modernize for me within 24 hours. Now, the apk and map I need are 100% better and the customer service squad has proved that they are willing to stand behind their product and assist their paying customers! Apk features work as described. Very useful and helpful as a beginner on the water. Very awesome apk.
