Really impressed with this though there are a couple of things that should be improved a tiny (capitalising the first letter of a sentence). When I've had questions, these have been answered very quickly

  A Google User: Worth the Make batter Been using the (gratis) ver for a few months and liked it better and better the more I used it. He's packed all of the features I need into a little pack, and, while some of them may take a while to "explore" they create nntp access not only possible but simple when mobile. I've reached the crossover point where I prefer accessing the groups I participate in on the Nexus7 over treking to my desktop and firing up ThunderBird as I have been doing for almost two decades. This "paid" ver has extra benefits plus no advertisements which is a nice step up from the gratis ver. In addition, there is a server settings "save" and "restore" option in both versions that makes upgrading painless, but, I recommend taking screenshots of the settings screen as that does not port when upgrading.   A Google User: Present unread view broken in v 1.64 The view option of showing only unread does not work in recent ver 1.64 on Nexus 7 2013. Always shows all threads and posts. Please fix!

  A Google User: Good apk, some room for improvement I'm giving it 4 stars because my Usenet provider doesn't use port 563 for SLL, but that seems to be the only SSL port that functions with this apk. It seems the textbox for the port is ignored and it still tries to use 563 anyway. If this minor problem gets resolved, this is easily a 5 star apk and I will modernize my review appropriately. Still well worth the purchase!

  Pen Pal: Joining multi part messages does not work. If you test to combine and decode a multi part yEnc post, it just freezes with the time wheel. Notice says, sync: 0 or sync:-1. Don't waist you cash on this. Joining messages has been around for over 15 years. Large missing function. Stick with the gratis ver for single part messages. Also, no updates in a long time.

  A Google User: Awesome begin. Needs development. The tool is incomplete and needs further development of headline download, notice display, and yEnc file naming routines. So far, so awesome, but lots of rough edges need attention. The author responds to questions and presumably is continuing development, so there's hope that it will eventually be ready for prime time. I am prepared to make batter my rating when the author finishes this awesome but incomplete tool.

  Dave Jenkins: Do not waste your cash. The gratis ver works ok for the 3 groups I follow. The paid ver can only read 1 of them. Just briefly flashes "Failure" for the another 2. ZERO response from the developer(s).
