  Robert Bolar: This apk actually has the current local true estate inventory that is really for sale. I have found that there is one source for Utah True Estate that feeds the others and that is the MLS. This apk made by the MLS in Utah is the true deal. True Estate is local, use the local MLS for new accurate and relevant true estate searching.

  leahdax: Good method to hold up with the final outcome of a house. If a listing is in your favorites this apk shows whether it is active, has been sold, is under contract or expired. It also shows the sold the price, which is handy. But it doesn't hold track of changes in the list price, which is unfortunate. And it crashes a lot, which is irritating. 3.5 stars.

  Sarah Singleton: It's alright. I like that it narrows property searches based on the map selection, but it needs improvements. When you click on the images to zoom in the image fills the whole screen vertically and shows only a section of the image. Other improvement would be an option to kind in a price range versus set ranges (instead of $250k or $300k set prices allow us input $277k, ya know?). If you've favorited a listing but it goes off the MLS, it can't be unfavorited in-app– only online.

  Kristopher Stidd: It was working good until the recent ver modernize on 01/18/2016, now when viewing my save searches it will not load them. An error pops up saying "Not Connected, The apk should not connect to UtahRealEstate. Please check your internet connection and test it once more. I have tried switch from WiFi to mobile data as well as tried another WiFi networks and rebooted my Note 5 on Verizon five times. I would appreciate it if you guys should look into the resolution to the bug please. Thank you so much. :)
