  Damon Faulkner: For those having password problems I got an email saying this is a fresh system. You have to begin over with a player name and password. You cant log in if you havent registered on the fresh system. Which is like less than a week old as of now. Check your email and mabey your spam folder.

  Sarah Shankel: Can't deposit a check! I got logged in ok with my fresh password but there is no where to deposit a check! I even went to "assist" and it says go to transactions and click deposit check, but under transactions there is no put where it says "deposit check"! I need this feature back asap or my payment will be late! Wth!

  John Ux: Used to be my favorite I used to love VF. I'd give the apk and the bank 2 stars for a lot of reasons. Email verification needed every time I sign in and I always have to sign in twice. The amount of data available is less than desired. It's become a headache having Valley First now that the employees must communicate to somewhere else by online chat in order to handle anything. This increases the transaction and wait times.

  Amy Chivers: Awful. Constant issues with no troubleshooting, unhelpful FAQ, and basically zero customer service to assist in case of issues (I was on keep for about an hour today before being disconnected). The old apk worked just ok, and from the looks of it, this fresh apk does not offer anything the old one didn't.
