  A Google User: It's fine. Depositing checks can be irritating. I have to place the check on something black and take it into the bathroom where I have the brightest bulbs and keep the smartphone far enough away so the check is smaller than the border. Sometimes I have to call the main office and complain. First globe issues. Cursing the miracle of technology. Not getting instant satisfaction isn't the worse thing.

  judy dressel: I too am having problem with the deposits. It won't process the front photo but will the back photo. I recently got a fresh smartphone S7. I had a LGG3 and never once had a trouble. I wonder if it's the smartphone? Also, the apk works just ok on my iPad as well.

  A Google User: Deposit does not work I have tried numerous times to deposit checks using this and it always says it can't read the signature. Very disappointed as this is the main reason I wanted to use the apk. Updated apk on 5/30/14. Deposit still does not work. It will not take a picture of the whole check. Very frustrating as I need this function.

  A Google User: Sometimes doesn't work Sometimes I cannot do deposits by smartphone because the photo isn't captured. Sometimes I don't see balances. When these things happen, I have to uninstall and reinstall. Then it usually starts working once more. I really like being able to check balances etc. from my smartphone.

  Stephen Eastman: Won't process checks on mobile. The apk works well enough, but I am unable to deposit checks via the apk. It's a crucial function as I live a few hours from the nearest branch.
