  A Google user: Now that our home smartphone is a part of the stupid "U-Verse" it no longer works during a power outage. Thankfully Vectren has provided other method to report loss of power. I was considering giving up my cell smartphone since my husband and I are homebound, but after latest night's outage, and trying to search Vectren's number in smartphone ebook in the dark, I went looking for a better option. Hopefully this apk is it.

  Matthew Burton: The apk dies have the ability to pay your bill with a bank acc but you can't pay via credit card in the apk, it sends you to their web page. Second you can't view you bill in the apk and you can't set a bill reminder in the apk.

  A Google user: I don't like the modernize. Everytime I go in to pay my bill it makes me enter me acc number everytime. That's why I have the apk so I don't have to go looking for my acc number. And $2.50 to send a payment, beautiful sure that's more than going to walmart and doing the bill pay.
